  Excellent service. Daughter had her ears pierced here today. Could not believe how good the staff were with her as she was so nervous! Could not recommend them more! Thanks once again!

  Don't get a piercing here.
  
  Went for a nose piercing, it took three attempts with the gun before the piercing went all of the way through, the first time the piercer pulled the leaver and nothing happened, the second time he attempted with the same gun and it half pierced my nose making it bleed, the third time he changed the gun and pierced it successfully.
  
  The only compensation I was given for the two failed (but painful) piercings was a 'free bottle of saline' which had already been opened and had things floating in it. I would expect a reduction in the £12 price for such a bad piercing.
